Jon Michael Wyman’s construction experience dates back to 1976, beginning as a laborer, pouring foundations and laying masonry, framing houses and insulating, ending as a finish carpenter some fifteen years later. After graduating from the Boston Architectural Center in 1994 with a Bachelor’s of Architecture, he worked as a project manager in several medium size architectural firms on office buildings and commercial and residential projects. With over thirty years of combined hands-on building and design experience, his construction knowledge proves invaluable.
Jon Michael Wyman’s work is limited to one and two family dwellings and projects under 35,000 cubic feet in area as per the Massachusetts Building Code 780 CMR 116.0. Jon Michael Wyman is not a licensed architect, and does carry a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License. Given his construction experience, he is available for feasibility studies, design, pre-planning, code reviews, project management, clerk of the works and a variety of services including as-built documentation, builder’s sets and full construction drawing services.
